juin 2018, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par Mar\u00e8ne Douaihy, responsable Qualit\u00e9 et Gestion des Risques \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital \u00ab\u00a0SZUMC\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Elle a cibl\u00e9 tous les professionnels qualifi\u00e9s et elle avait pour objectifs\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Encourager l\u2019engagement dans la Qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les niveaux de l\u2019h\u00f4pital.<\/li>\n<li>Favoriser une meilleure compr\u00e9hension des objectifs Qualit\u00e9 et am\u00e9liorer la motivation \u00e0 les atteindre.<\/li>\n<li>Renforcer l\u2019implication du personnel dans les activit\u00e9s
