\t\t\t\tL\u2019aide-soignant doit \u00eatre capable d\u2019aider l\u2019infirmier(\u00e8re) \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de sant\u00e9 des personnes malades. C\u2019est pourquoi il doit acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour maitriser son travail.<\/p>\n

Une journ\u00e9e de formation s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e \u00e0 deux reprises pour les aides-soignants du SZUMC par la formatrice et les responsables des unit\u00e9s de soins. Elle s\u2019est articul\u00e9e sur l\u2019organisation des t\u00e2ches de l\u2019aide-soignant, sur la r\u00e9alisation des soins et la relation avec les patients, ce qui va leur permettre de mettre en place les gestes et techniques n\u00e9cessaires tout en les reliant syst\u00e9matiquement au patient qui fait l\u2019objet de ces soins.<\/p>\n
